# Evals

Score agent outputs, monitor quality, and route reviews.

Judge agent output quality. Create evaluators, monitor production traffic, and review uncertain results.

An evaluator uses a judge model to score each execution against its selected method. Configure the model, evaluation method, confidence threshold, and review routing in **Control Center → Evals → Evaluators**.

| Setting | What you configure | How it affects results |
| ------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Judge model** | The model that scores agent output | The model returns a rating and confidence |
| **Evaluation method** | **Answer Relevancy**, **Faithfulness**, **Safety**, or **Task Completion** | The method defines the parameters used to assess the output |
| **Confidence threshold** | A value from 0–100%. The default is `50%` | Results below the threshold are flagged, regardless of rating |
| **Human Review routing** | Whether low-confidence results route to reviewers | A flagged result creates a Human Review task only when this setting is enabled |

High-confidence results are accepted automatically. When routing is enabled, a reviewer records a verdict for each low-confidence result. The reviewer can pass the findings to the agent team to update regression tests, instructions, or knowledge.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.uptiq.ai/ai-workbench-qore/control-center/evals.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
