Audit Trails is your account change log. It records configuration and access changes in one place.

Open Governance → Observability → Audit Trails.

Filter by project, actor, or date range. Search by actor, module, or action. Entries appear most recent first.

Field	What it shows
Timestamp	When the change happened.
Actor	Who made it, such as [email protected].
Module	The affected area, such as Accounts, Marketplace, Users, Knowledge, or Agents.
Action	What happened, such as Created, Updated, User Invited, or Generated.
