Open Control Center → Observe → Audit Trails.

Timestamp	When the change happened.
Actor	Who made it, by email, such as [email protected].
Module	The affected area, such as Accounts, Marketplace, Users, Knowledge, or Agents.
Action	What happened, such as Created, Updated, User Invited, or Generated.
