# Publish Review

Understand the planned approval queue and current publishing options.

Publish Review is not available yet. It will provide a queue where designated reviewers approve or reject publish requests.

Apps use the available in-product publishing flow. To publish an app, follow [Deploy an app](/console/app-builder/deploy.md).

Agent publishing is currently handled through backend processes. The planned Publish Review queue will support approval requests for apps and agents.
